We also keep rotating stock on hand (first come, first served basis) of the 9-inch and 5-inch pies for those looking to take out. Or come visit us at one of our locations for a freshly baked slice, pop tart, or savoury hand pie to enjoy right there or packaged up to go. Your order will be freshly made and ready for you on the date specified! At least 36 hours notice is required from the time you order (the system will not let you select a date in advance of this time). As you go through the checkout process, you will be able to specify a date for pick up. To order this product online, select a size followed by selecting options (like the ‘Top’ or ‘Frozen’, if applicable) and then click on “Add to Cart”. Using online shopping you can order pies in 9-inch, 5-inch, 3-inch (9-pack), hand pie (5-pack), or mini hand pies (12-pack). If you insert a thermometer into the centre of the pie and it reads 165☏, your pie is ready.Īll pies ordered online are ready after 12 noon on your selected date (chosen during checkout).The savoury pie fillings are all pre-cooked.The pie should be able to lift from its tin when the crust is perfectly baked.Once baked, cool the Chicken Pot Pie for a minimum of 15 minutes before serving. When ready, the crust should be golden brown, and some filling should spill from the venting slits on the top. Bake a 9” for 90-120 minutes, a 5” for 50-60 minutes and a hand pie for 35-40 minutes. To bake, place pie on baking sheet (line with parchment paper to reduce mess) and place in preheated oven at 350☏. For best results, the pie should be baked within 3 months of purchase. If your Chicken Pot Pie is frozen, please store in the freezer until you are ready to bake and consume. Bake a 9” pie for 45 minutes, a 5” pie for 25-30 minutes, and a hand pie for 15 minutes. To warm, place on a baking sheet in a preheated oven at 350☏. For best results, the pie should be consumed within 4 days of purchase.
